Having this paperwork filled out in advance will save you time and allow us to serve you better. Please make sure you also bring a copy of your insurance card to your appointment.
WHAT TO EXPECT:
During your first visit, you’ll meet with one of our chiropractic physicians for a comprehensive examination and consultation. New patient appointments typically take around 40-minutes. Your exam may include range-of-motion testing, muscle assessments, and neurological and orthopedic testing. If necessary, we may also recommend imaging to help us better understand your condition.
After your examination, we’ll discuss our findings with you and recommend a personalized course of treatment based on your individual needs.
If you’re a candidate for chiropractic care, we will perform your first adjustment during this visit, provided no red flags are present. We’ll always explain your recommended treatment and make sure you understand what we’re doing before any care is provided.
If chiropractic care isn’t the right option for you, we’re happy to recommend trusted physicians or specialists in our area who can provide the care you need.
